THE ROOKIE

DESIGNED FOR THE BEGINNING ATHLETE

$35 AN HOUR

Individual Athlete

up to 3 Athletes/Per Person

 This curriculum lays the groundwork for athleticism and coordination while building confidence and self-esteem. Teaching the athlete about body mechanics, running techniques, and body-weight exercises in a supportive, positive environment.

TRAINING KNOWLEDGE

Teaching training theory and terminology Building the foundation for a healthy lifestyle.

ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

Developing motor skills and movement patterns Establishing coordination and balance Age-appropriate strength and resistance training fundamentals Speed, agility, and conditioning foundations 

JUNIOR VARSITY

DESIGNED FOR JUNIOR VARISTY PLAYER

$45 AN HOUR

Individual Athlete

$35 AN HOUR

up to 3 Athletes/Per Person

This curriculum is designed for Junior Varsity Players and involves more athletic movement, emphasizing power, speed, and strength. This program expands on the character development of the Rookie program and informs athletes about healthy lifestyles.

Increase agility and change of direction Intermediate plyometric training Linear acceleration and max velocity development 

STRENGTH 
Expansion of functional movement profile Increase student’s ability to load force Progressions of lifting and strength

Varsity

DESIGNED FOR VARSITY PLAYER

$55 AN HOUR

Individual Athlete

$45 AN HOUR

up to 3 Athletes/Per Person

This curriculum is designed to develop high-level power, speed, and strength through lifts and speed and agility programming. 

ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

SPEED & POWER 
High-level plyometric training Advanced agility and change of direction Max velocity speed and advanced linear acceleration 

STRENGTH 
Advanced strength and conditioning program Increased Olympic lifting proficiency and utilization Increased capacity for work (hypertrophy) 

MOVEMENT QUALITY & SKILL 
Optimal mobility and flexibility Injury prevention techniques Advanced conditioning High-level footwork, coordination, and balance

Our mission is to support athletes in their journey of physical and mental strength. From youth athletes to professionals, our strength and conditioning team is equipped to elevate foundational movements and sharpen skills required to perform.

GROUP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASSES ARE RUN BY COACH T. RICHARDSON AND SCALED TO ALL ABILITY LEVELS. CLASSES ARE 90 MINUTES IN LENGTH AND ARE USUALLY 12 PEOPLE PER CLASS.

 

THE SESSION BEGINS WITH STRETCHES FOLLOWED BY SOME COMBINATION OF STRENGTH TRAINING, SKILL DEVELOPMENT, AND/OR CONDITIONING.
